Acne is not limited to teenagers and can affect people of any age and sex. It can be not only painful and unsightly but also embarrassing.
The Ellipse I2PL can help the following types of acne;
- Acne Vulgaris: Clogging of the hair follicles that leads to unsightly and sometimes painful, skin lesions and pimples.
- Acne Conglobata: Covers the back, chest and buttocks and can lead to extensive scarring.
- Acne Rosacea: An inflammation of the face, neck and chest.
Will it work for you?
Clients with permanent acne will benefit from the treatment. The best results are achieved on inflammatory acne-best known as those reds, aching, raised pimples.
How long does treatment take?
The treatment process is dependant on the size of the area to be treated. A course of four Ellipse treatments is recommended, with three week intervals.
Does it hurt?
No anaesthetic cream is required. Most people describe the sensation as similar to that of a rubber band snapping onto the skin, followed by a warm sensation lasting several minutes.
